Marketing Coordinator - brand communication, content creation & social media

Full-Time : Johannesburg

We are seeking a creative and results-driven person to manage and grow our digital assets including marketing material, image libary and  presence across Meta platforms, Facebook and Instagram. The successful candidate will be responsible for in store campaigns,  content creation, photography and videography, community management, working with marketing agency on paid ad campaigns to measure performance and reporting.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Media Studies, or a related
field.
• Minimum 1 years' experience managing Facebook and Instagram business accounts.
• Proven experience with Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of paid social media advertising and campaign optimization.
• Experience in photography, videography, and content creation.
• Proficiency in content editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary
Market related for junior to mid level role, dependent on experience.

Industrial Designer

Full-Time : Johannesburg

Role Overview

The Junior Designer will support the production pipeline by creating 3D models, producing technical drawings, and assisting with physical prototyping. This hands-on role involves working directly in the workshop, learning company manufacturing standards, and contributing to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is proactive, punctual, eager to develop, and takes direction well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed 3D models and accurate technical production drawings under the supervision of senior designers.
  • Apply and maintain company design standards across digital design assets and file structures.
  • Prepare clean CAD files for manufacturing setups and CNC processing.
  • Assist with prototyping and workshop activities, including physical testing and refinement.
  • Work with the production team to support efficient manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Relevant industrial design qualification or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong 3D CAD modelling and technical drawing skills.
  • Interest in manufacturing processes, prototyping, and CNC production.
  • A hands-on, detail-oriented approach and willingness to learn.
  • Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and able to follow direction.
